Andy is the host of two podcasts as well as the Talent DevelopmentThink Tank Conference and Community.

Andy has consulted and taught strategy, sales, leadership, finance, and innovation to business leaders all over the world including companies like Salesforce.com, Intuit, Google, NetApp, Autodesk, State Farm, Red Bull, The World Bank, McAfee, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, RSM, Tiffany & Co, and more.

Andy holds an MBA from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business where he served as President of the MBA program and a BS from the University of Florida. Most importantly, Andy is a husband and father who is on a mission
to get the most out of life and inspire others to do the same.
